amazing!!!! I replaced the red wine with red wine vinegar (Felt weird buying red wine when I am very pregnant?) Made it a little more tangy, but I love it! I used less than asked for seeing as it is vinegar and all. Totally going to make this again!!!! Yum. Also I added chopped mushrooms, garlic paste and tomato paste too. And made the sweet potato mash with extra butter, and soy milk. Yum. Just yum.

They also have red cooking wine (usually in the baking aisle) that looks similar to the red wine vinegar bottles. Just thought that might make it "easier" lol. Congrats on the pregnancy!
