After spending the day in bed ill, I finally got myself up and this made me feel so much better. Gordon Ramsay style scrambled eggs and any accompaniment within reason will always be a winner to me. Crunchy, sweet onions, punchy chorizo and salty real Greek feta topped with chives. Lovely. 10/10 for flavour, 6/10 for execution.
