I made this with 1/2 AP and 1/2 wheat flour. And I did whole process in bread machine. Excellent taste. Sliced easily. A little crumby but I’m baking at high altitude so next time I’ll probably add an extra tablespoon of milk.
Next time: added extra tablespoon of milk and reduced wheat flour to 1 c with 2 c AP. Turned out much less crumbly.
