After onions and mushrooms cook, remove and set aside. Make roux w/ butter and flour, Then add broth and cream.
Add Parm or other salty cheese to roux.
Add cumin, pepper, salt to taste before removing from heat. Use noodles instead of rice- egg noodles or other sauce holding noodle.
Double recipe- use 4 garlic cloves total, and shallot, and onion.
