This was my first time cooking with tofu, and it was a success! I will say that in the attempt to crisp the tofu it got fairly destroyed, and was much more brown than the picture implied. So, if you want a dish for the 'gram, this ain't it. But if you want something vegetarian and better than most takeout, its a go! I put some napa in toward the end for texture, and that was extra good. Definitely on the higher calorie side, with the oil and rice.
