The first time I make a recipe I follow the instructions exactly. It had the mouth feel of hot chocolate, and it wasn't too sweet. I will make this again, but I'll probably add another tablespoon or half-tablespoon of cocoa. I like that it isn't overly sweet, but I could use a tad more chocolatey flavor.
