Really tasty. I used green lentils and as I didnt soak I boiled on them hob for 10 or so minutes in the stock whilst pre-heating the rest of the ingredients in the slow cooker. Note it was on for longer than 8 hours and I didnt add salt as this can make the lentils and beans harden but added when eating. Will definitely make again. Vegetarian daughter said she prefers my own recipe but I really liked it as did hubby and son
