I loved the original recipe.
First time I made it I added 2.5 large bananas, used 130g sugar and did the rest as per recipe.
This time instead of baking it for so long I put it in a mini muffin tray and baked them for 15min.
1tbsp per mini muffin. I also got 5 doughnuts from the same batch in the silicone doughnut mould.
I added chocolate chips this time, replaced regular butter with burnt butter(I had it already, needed to use it), soda with the recommended amount of baking powder(better rise for muffins), used 2.5 large bananas(needed to be used) and used half regular and half dark brown sugar.
