Goes hard. Made enough to eat tacos 3 nights in a row. Adjust with whatever meat you like as it's instant pot. Did half short rib half brisket and it turned out great! I also used a dark ale for the braising liquid and added some dark chocolate and orange for more depth. This WILL be hot though so if you're caucasi- sorry, sensitive to spice, put less peppers in. You can always add sauce later (which is what I did anyway - Valentina goes great as does any charred corn salsa).
Only reason this won't be on weekly rotation is the toll it takes on the way out! Good stuff.
