I was looking for a small quick pancake recipe and came across this. When the instructions said "Mix the ingredients together in a large mixing bowl" I did that with wet and dry ingredients. When it looked more like dough than pancake mix, I read all the instructions. To make it edible, I suggest adding another egg and cup of milk. I used a blender to mix it. Obviously, they were off, but at least I didn't have to throw it away.
