Makes leftovers

I used spinach instead of kale. Was good but I don't think it had a whole lot of flavor? Not sure what's missing though. If I make it again I will probably find ways to tweak it.

Slow cookers tend to mellow flavors and spices. I will always taste and respice at the very end of cooking. It may work wonders for this dish.

Hm, I did reseason close to the end of cooking but maybe I just need to have a slightly heavier hand with it. Thanks for the tip!
