These are so good. Made them for my son and his friends. I had told them in advance what kind of cookies I was making and they didn't seem too interested but raved about then when they actually had them. I liked the unique texture that the pulsed oatmeal gives. To probably wouldn't need the icing but it really is the "icing on top" for this recipe.
