Loved this! although I messed up slightly, for some reason I picked up mascarpone instead of ricotta - so I suspect it would taste even better with the correct ingredients. I also used only half the lemon juice and it was more than enough for us. very easy, and very yummy! will make again - correctly!
ETA: can confirm it’s even better with ricotta, a lot lighter which works well with lemon. But if you’re daft like me and buy the wrong thing, it works too :)
