They were delicious, not the prettiest (which is my own fault) but a big hit and they turned out perfect flavor wise. Next time I’m going to cut the parchment paper to fit the pan better, and I’m going to do the cheesecake knife trick when it’s serving time. I honestly could see myself making these every fall season!
