Made this to go with my first attempt of biryani and Dahl, this curry was definitely the highlight of the meal, the rest may not look quite right but it was all amazing, going to try it again but make a veggie version, will add note once I have made it.

Did veggie version replaced prawns with butternut squash sweet potatoes and spinach, did double the paste to give enough sauce it was sweet with a kick really good.
