My go-to gnocchi recipe is an Olive Garden copy-cat Chicken Gnocchi soup, but after purchasing a 2-pack of gnocchi, I wanted to try something new. I found this dish and it's getting added to our family favorites! This recipe was so easy to make and so delicious! I didn't have heavy cream on hand, so I used half-and-half (I had to up the amount from 1 1/4 cups to 1 3/4 cups to get the right consistency and liquid amount for us). So flavorful, so easy to prep and cook. A fave for sure!
