The potatoes took a bit to cook - I got tired of waiting and popped the cast iron skillet in the oven while I cooked the steak in another skillet. (Double the pans, but hey, whatever.) I made some gravy to go over top - we like gravy. Served with leftover orzo pasta and some frozen veggies. (Used dried rosemary, thyme and oregano because it was what we had on hand.) Will definitely make again!
