I didn’t even realize the oil was left out of the instructions. I sprinkled the seasoning on the pork chops and cooked for a while. Then I flipped the pork chops and sprinkled the seasoning on the other side and cooked awhile. The pork chops were very thick so they were cooked approximately 15-20 minutes per side.

I usually give my chops a little oil coating so that the herbs/spices stick to them.
