We baked the chicken in a super hot oven rather than frying it (prefer that to oil). Super moist chicken, delicious curry, fluffy rice. Needed to add a little cornflour and milk mixture to thicken as the five cubes were not quite enough (we had made double though so it makes sense, probably needed more cubes). Left it in the Dutch oven lid on to thicken. It was absolutely delicious. Very mild.
