Super easy dish to make and we loved it! The black vinegar is the real star of the flavor for the sauce and we used pappardelle pasta from Trader Joe's. Going to cut the oil down significantly next time, but that's about all I'd change. Definitely something for a quick meal when you don't have a ton of time or motivation.
