How did the yogurt sub work out? I tried subbing it once and it ended up looking curdled.

I had no problems subbing in the cream! I didn't have greek yogurt on hand but did have cream. I turned the heat down and drizzled it in a slow stream in parts until I had used the equivalent amount of cream to greek yogurt.
