This was so good but I did change it. I cut the filling recipe into thirds to bake in a 6 inch pan. I used mint Oreos, 1/2 tsp peppermint extract and no vanilla, as well as green food color. I used 12 Oreos and 2 tbs butter for the crust and baked for 5 minutes. I made a smaller amount of ganache. Topped with some remaining crust mixture. This tasted amazing. Like a giant Andes candy. Would make again!
