Excellent meatloaf, but I did change a few things. I added a TB of worcestershire, a couple tsp of tamari and a tsp of garlic powder to the meatloaf mix. I also made a glaze with ketchup, a little brown sugar, a little dijon and balsamic vinegar. It was fantastic with these additions!
