Really good!! I opted to make it a crockpot meal by searing the ribs first and then adding to the crockpot (instead of Dutch oven) with the remaining ingredients except the fresh Basil. Cooked on low for 8 hours and it was delicious! Served over fresh pasta and topped with the basil and grated Parmesan. Makes a lot! Definitely will have leftovers. I added some red chili flakes and some sugar to cut the acidity off the tomatoes. Will make again!
