I made this all in one pot instead of cooking the shrimp in a separate skillet. I also used frozen broccoli cuts to save time. After cooking orzo and broccoli I left it to drain, added the oil back to the same pot, cooked the garlic l, shrimp and added mushrooms and then added the pasta and broccoli back to the pot and blended with lemon, salt, a little garlic oil and Parmesan cheese. Added more flavor to the dish. I did reserve some of the cooking liquid and added a bit of that In as well.
