This dish is perfect to enjoy on a chilly day. The flavors are deep and rich. I cubed my chicken instead of shredded as I’ve found shredded chicken in these types of dishes come out too mushy. Plus it’s easier for my little one to eat. I used whole wheat flour and soy milk and the sauce turned out great.
Although I would make it again, the flavor is strong so it isn’t one that would be on a regular rotation but maybe once in awhile especially during these long winter months.
