I was missing parmesean and dried parsley. I subbed in oregano instead. I also about tripled the amount of worcesershire sauce and I doubled the corn. I wish I had doubled the amount of potatoes I prepared, because it was not enough potato for the amount of meat. Even so, the meat mixture is delicious. When I tell you there were no leftovers (including my 3 year old son and 1 year old daughter eating every last bit on their plate and wanting more), believe it. Very tasty.
