We loved them as 6 hamburger buns - perfect size for the thick &!juicy 6oz - 8oz burgers we make around here.
Today, I shaped them into 6 hotdog buns to serve with grilled sausages, and I should’ve made them into 8. Too doughy. I also baked them closer together for a “soft roll” - too fluffy - and will try them spaced out for a more even crust all the way around. Still delicious!
