This was very easy & pretty good. I used about 1 cup of water in the crock pot. I used my Ninja for the broil part, which didn’t quite give the searing I was looking for. Still turned out tasty. I did add Sriracha to the glaze sauce since I like a little spicy with my Asian food. The sauce was really good! Maybe sear it in cast iron on stove top? The extra long cooking in the Ninja dried it out a bit- I had it on broil Hi but took about 8-9 min to get a few tiny black spots. Conventional oven is prob better choice.
