This is soooo good! I changed a few things up based on what I had & what another recipe recommended. I used spinach instead of bok choy, added shredded carrots, used hoison sauce instead of fish sauce and and used ramen broth. I also added the chili garlic sauce directly to my bowl, because my husband doesn't like things spicy. This has great flavor and I will definitely make it again! It was better than when we went out to a ramen restaurant!!
