One of my favourite ever dishes. You need to use the tenderest steak available, I use fillet steak (UK) but the extra cost is so worth it. Flash fry the steak whole to your taste, allow to rest while you cook the broccoli, then slice the steak thinly before adding to the broccoli. I used stem ginger not root to give an added dimension of sweetness and drizzled with sesame oil just before serving. Delicious! No need for salt as well as soy sauce.
