Well, it wasn't horrible, but it needs a lot of doctoring, because it's pretty bland as written. And unfortunately, I made a double batch because that's how we try to cook/meal plan.
The second night we had this it was only slightly better after I added a block of cream cheese, a bunch of Greek seasoning, salt, parmesan, 1/8 tsp red pepper flakes, and Worcestershire sauce. More flavor at least, but still thin and somewhat lacking.
