Used whole cartons of chicken broth and coconut milk. Used 1.5x the spices, two servings of ramen noodles, two small onions. Forgot the salt and lime, added post serving and was much better. Reduced amount of cilantro. Did five garlic cloves. Used two carrots. Used reduced sodium chicken broth.
Potential improvements : one more onion for a total of three small onions. Reduce the soup a bit before adding noodles, cook uncovered. Was a bit watery with all the additional liquid we added. Chop carrots into smaller girth so it doesn't need to cook as long to get soft. Use 3 carrots.
