We read the previous reviews and used more beans to make it thicker. We also used dried beans we soaked overnight rather than canned beans. It was a hit with the whole hoard, even the Mini Ones. It's usually hard to get them to eat soup or chili. We did go light on the jalapeño because of them, but the adults added pickled jalapeños after it was served. Will make again.
