These are similar to peanut butter balls my mom used to make at Xmas (they were dipped in chocolate). These were easy but cleanup is a bit messy lol. I used disposable kitchen gloves and a greased small scoop to create the balls. Doesn’t make too many (12) and that’s probably a good thing (hehe). I will make them again as I expect they’ll be a hit.
