I liked this but it needed sprucing up. The cous cous filling is bland, so I added middle eastern seven spice and salt. Tahini on top also helps elevate this a lot. But a good base.

You could try adding some Ras El Hanout and a few dried apricots for a more Persian feel to the dish.
