I used Knorr cubes instead of a liquid broth for convenience, but I think I accidentally used too much because the butter sauce ended up being super salty.
Luckily I had rice which diluted the saltiness, and since the chicken doesn't marinate in the sauce anyway, only the outside of the chicken was salty. The insides were delicious and savory.
Looking forward to making this dish properly again, I think it has a lot of potential.
