This cake was amazing, not to sweet. I used 8 inch pans rather than the 9 inch, so it was a fluffier cake. It’s a pricey cake to make because of so many ingredients, but so worth making. It’s a cake that tastes like a fancy bakery. The frosting is beautiful and not your typical over sweet frosting. I highly recommend making it when the berries are in season or a special occasion.
