My soup was a little thick, but overall tasted great ! I was too "scared" to add mustard. It may have given it a sharper taste, where as my cheese could have used a little more sharpness or lunch, so I regret no adding it in. It was good, probably won't be a go-to just because it took quite a while to make, but I needed to use broccoli and I didn't want a recipe with half-n-half so this worked well.
