The dish itself was very easy to make, I focused most of my seasoning in the gravy rather than the batter for the breading, as someone else suggested definitely use seasoning salt 👌 if I had a deep fryer this probably would've came out extra crispy but it does fry pretty quickly if you filet the breasts and pound them down which was nice. Very delicious and flavorful if you season to your liking of course. Would definitely make again
