It takes longer to make than the recipe says and we weren’t able to get the ground chicken crispy, but overall very good. The chili oil is delicious and adds a nice bit of spice to the dish. We also doubled the meat and used frozen spinach instead of fresh.

I tend to make mine with ground pork for stronger flavour 😍 I also go a little bit heavy with the sauce/broth ingredients, sometimes I putting extra peanut butter and Hoisin for better flavour!
