Took this appetizer to a party and it was a big hit. Use enough enchilada sauce to coat but not so much that it makes your baked tortillas soggy with sitting. I baked the tortillas about 30 min at 350* but check to ensure they don’t over-bake and become brittle. Pretty presentation at a party table. Have habanera sauce available for those who really want added heat! Enjoy!
