Where do you get the chilis? What brand?

Hatch Brand is the best brand for anything Green Chili. Here in New Mexico, they are well known, and definitely our Go-To for the moments we need canned, and not home grown in our backyard gardens. Plus, they are fully gluten free, if you have an allergy or Celiac Disease like my 17 year old 😊
