Make sure to salt it generously if you're using low sodium broths like I did. The sweet onion really makes it great. Without any adjustments it feels more like a side soup or an appetizer - but if you go for seconds it will definitely leave you feeling full. Enjoy it with saltine crackers (unsalted tops might be better though) or slices of buttered bread, and don't add too much parmesan at the end like i did - it will completely overtake the flavor of the soup and leave a bad texture behind. All in all, a delicious recipe, and very easy. The first soup I have ever cooked. :)
