Alternatives i used: sunflower oil, 1/3 chicken broth cube which i dissolved in hot water and i seasoned the chicken with only provence spice mix and salt
Took me around 1,5 hours to make bc preparing took me a lot bc i have an under equipped small kitchen, bc im a beginner in cooking and bc i cut the chicken in smaller sizes
It was amazing, i will cook this often
