Made it in the Instant Pot. Followed the recipe as-is, but cooked on high pressure for 15 mins, then quick release pressure. Because I didn't want to use the gas hob, I just chucked some small pasta into the pot (just enough that the liquid covered it(, and set it for another 3 mins on high pressure.
Was worried there might not be enough flavour, but it was pretty tasty. (Good chorizo makes a big difference.)
