I just popped these out of the oven & they're setting up so nicely! Halving this recipe was easy too because it's just the four of us this year, my hubs, two kiddos & myself. Love the pie crust topper idea too...brilliant! Can't wait to eat these Thursday. Half the recipie yields about four mini tartlet pies.
