I made this into wraps with lettuce, sesame seeds, and a little homemade coleslaw, and they were an absolute hit! My tip would be: be generous with the BBQ sauce (mine was a small amount homemade from scratch so I couldn’t use lashings). I would recommend using a fair amount, two cups sounds like too much, but the amount in the recipe would make a more for a saucier dish. For the homemade BBQ sauce I gave it a Korean twist with some sriracha and chilli paste, and it was so yummy 😋
