I felt like the instructions were kind of scrambled, so I refined them for a serving size of 8.
I added margarine to the instaPot
I cut the chicken into chucks then set it to saute 7
Flipped them, saute 4
Added NON condensed chicken broth 32oz and 4 cups water, then the condensed cream of chicken, plus spices, stirred then put it on high pressure for 7 mins.
Added penne pasta and one cut red pepper.
Added a splash of heavy whipping cream to thicken sauce, (but wasn't necessary since I used NON condensed chicken broth and less water.
Pressure high for 5 mins... simmer and add mozzarella and parm cheese, leave lid on with InstaPot off until noodles are fully cooked.
