Wasn't a fan of the directions. First, you cook anything dairy for more than an hour and it starts to separate. I cooked almost according to the directions except didn’t add the meat until AFTER the spinach and tortellini. I cooked the sausage with another 8oz of cream cheese too. My diced tomatoes were low sodium not italian so I added italian seasoning and some garlic powder to the meat too.
I never add salt usually.
